I bring more than 28 years of Human Resources leadership experience, along with 11 years of experience in Finance, with a career centered on developing and supporting people.

Throughout my career, I have worked with leaders and employees across the workplace—from navigating complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations to performance management, policy development, compliance, leadership development, and coaching.

But experience has taught me something even more important:

Great workplaces don’t happen by accident. They are created by leaders who know how to lead people well.

I founded LaVero HR Advisors to bring that experience to small businesses that may not need—or be ready for—a full-time HR executive, but still deserve access to experienced HR guidance and strong leadership development.

My approach is practical and people-centered. I help leaders build the confidence, skills, systems, and workplace practices they need to lead effectively—while ensuring employees are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.
